Doorless XJ Hinge Upgrade Kit

Door sagging? Want removable doors? This kit not only repairs your sagging door hinges, but upgrades them. After installing you can remove the doors from your Jeep XJ Cherokee as easily as a Wrangler.

The included components to fix a SINGLE door are Pivot Bushings (x4), Alignment Bushings (x2), and ball detent quick release pins (x2).

Installation instructions

After removing the factory doors, drill out the hinge holes using a 7/16″ drill bit

Insert the plastic alignment bushing from into the middle of the hinge

Press the pivot bushings (one from the top and one from the bottom) into the alignment bushing. Purchase our install kit to simplify this process and prevent damage to your parts.

Complete this process for both hinges on each door

Position the door back into place and install the quick release pins
